Christie is a passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian who lives and breathes all things food, exercise and wellness. She is an Australian age-group Triathlete, representing Australia at the ITU Age-Group World Championships in 2017 and 2018, and the Multisport World Championships in 2019. Half marathons and a few upcoming marathons can also be found on Christie’s list of sporting events.

From day one of Careers class in grade 10, Christie knew she wanted to be a Dietitian. She has always found the relationship between nutrition, exercise and wellness intriguing. Talk to Christie for just five minutes, and you’ll notice her genuine passion for creating nutritious foods and living a balanced lifestyle beam through her sparkling eyes. Sharing this with her clients allows her to support them in creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with food, to maximise their performance, and enhance their lifestyle.

Christie works with many triathletes, Ironman athletes, marathon swimmers, marathon runners, ultra-endurance athletes, and weekend warriors.

Amelia is a dog lover and Accredited Practising Dietitian (in that order). Second to her dogs, the next great love of her life is food. With a love of food, and a natural desire to help others, Amelia naturally fell into dietetics.

With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise Science, and an extended level Masters of Nutrition and Dietetic practice, Amelia lives out her dream of helping others by talking about food all day.

Amelia leaves all the crazy endurance sport to Tara and Christie and sticks to her recreational endorphin high from resistance training, pilates, and boxing.

If you are wanting to improve your overall health and well-being, or battle tummy troubles, Amelia is your Dietitian.

Tara exclusively works with ultra-endurance adventure athletes and marathon swimmers, having supported over 60 English Channel swimmers successfully complete their crossing!

Tara is an Advanced Sports Dietitian and Accredited Practicing Dietitian. She has a fascination with human behaviour which led her to study psychology whilst managing her own dietetics business – meaning she understands athletes and what makes them do what they do.

Tara has always shared a love for sport, from her surf life-saving days to marathon running to marathon swimming. Competing in many long, cold swims, including the English Channel, Rottnest Channel, Gibraltar Strait and Palm Beach to Manly swim. She understands how mentally challenging sport can be and just how crucial optimal nutrition is to perform at your best.

As a sports dietitian, Tara has worked in professional sport (NBL Cairns Taipans, NRL Gold Coast Titans), with world-champions (swimming, ultra man and Ironman) and world-firsts (Antarctica to South Pole). She has also worked with a number of junior champions, and the weekend warriors balancing their health with their sporting goals.

If you have a big ultra-endurance or swimming event planned, Tara is the Dietitian for you. She takes on limited numbers each year, and is only available for specific packages.
